Our COVID-19 Policies

Los Angeles Pregnancy Services continues to remain open and has taken all necessary precautions to protect our clients, staff, and volunteers from COVID-19. All persons seeking services from Los Angeles Pregnancy Services will be screened prior to entry into the center. Masks are required for all staff, volunteers, and clients.

Questions & Answers

Our free urine pregnancy tests are on a walk-in basis during office hours. For other services or to see the practitioner an appointment is needed. Same day appointments may be available.

Yes, we can discuss your options at your first visit or after an ultrasound when you know if the pregnancy is viable. (progressing)

No, we do not accept health insurance or AHCCCS. Office visits start at $35 plus an additional cost for added labs. See our fees page. Apple pay, credit, and cash are accepted. We do not offer payment plans.

Friends and family are welcome for pregnancy tests and ultrasound appointments. We have a strict privacy policy and will always speak to you alone first. This is the time to let us know anything private. For office visits or GYN services to ensure privacy we do not allow friends or family back, but they are welcome to stay in the waiting room.

Yes, we are HIPPA compliant and never share confidential information without your consent.

First, we need a verification of pregnancy. We offer free urine pregnancy verifications on a walk-in basis any time during office hours. You may be able to get the ultrasound appointment on the same day. If you are already receiving OB care your provider will order the ultrasound. Family and friends are welcome to come for the ultrasound.
We offer $35 breast exams and can order a mammogram at Simon Med or other radiologist .
If you are having symptoms of infection, call us asap. For vaginal exams we require 72 hours (3 FULL days) of no intercourse, creams, douches, or bleeding. When we take a swab we need a clear sample to check for infection. If you are having symptoms of pregnancy, walk in asap for our free medical grade pregnancy test.
Yes, we offer STD/STI testing for men.
