Lab only visits are only for patients who are asymptomatic.

After you are an established patient, you can get lab work at the clinic that is ordered by our practitioners. Please contact the office in advance for an appointment or to ensure a phlebotomist or nurse is available to collect the specimen. • Chlamydia and Gonorrhea

After we have treated you for positive Chlamydia and Gonorrhea infection you can visit Phoenix Women’s Clinic for a Test of Cure. We recommend retesting for these infections 30 days after your treatment. If you do not have symptoms the cost is $40. If you continue to have symptoms, call the office to speak to the medical assistant or make an appointment for an office visit. Your partner can make an appointment for testing and treatment also. The purpose of this test is to make sure that you get back to a negative test. This is important for your health are your future reproductive health. Chlamydia and Gonorrhea can turn into Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID)if not treated and if resistant to the treatment. PID can cause pain and lead to infertility. This test goes to a lab and takes around 3 business days for results.

• HCG

The clinical grade urine pregnancy test is free on a walk-in basis. This test is run at the clinic and results are ready quickly. The pregnancy test will indicate positive or negative but not the hormone levels. 

• HCG BLOOD

Blood pregnancy (HCG) test also indicates positive or negative (qualitative) results cost is $50. This cost includes the test and the drawing fee. This test goes to a lab and takes around 2 business days for results. A quantitative blood pregnancy test (HCG) reports the HCG level in the blood and requires an office visit. The quantitative test may need to be repeated so the practitioner can evaluate the results. This test can indicate if the HCG levels are going up or down, possibly being the first indication of a miscarriage. This test goes to a lab and takes around 3 business days for results.

• HIV
Patients who have been exposed to HIV should be tested even if they do not have symptoms. Early treatment is important. The HIV test cost $45 without an office visit. This test goes to a lab and takes around 3 business days for results.
• Syphilis
You may also have a Syphilis test without an office visit. This cost is $35.
• HIV/Syphilis
A combination test for HIV and Syphilis is $60
• ABO/RH Blood Typing
The ABO/RH will report the blood type (A, B, AB or O) and the RH (Rhesus factor) determines if your blood has antigen. This information is important to know if you are pregnant. Women who have a RH negative blood type may need a special treatment during pregnancy, miscarriage or an abortion. The cost for ABO/RH is $50 and RH only is $30. These tests go to a lab and takes around 3-5 business days for results.
