Testing for UTI is covered in Phoenix Women’s Clinic’s office visit of $35. A urine culture may be recommended by the provider and sent to a lab to ensure you are getting the proper treatment. This additional lab fee is $30.

Do not use over the counter Pyridium or Azo on the day of your visit. This turns the urine orange, making diagnosis more difficult.

Some UTIs and other vaginal infections can have similar symptoms. If you are having signs or symptoms of a vaginal infection, we ask that 72 hours (3 full days) have passed with no intercourse, creams, douches, or bleeding, (including spotting) so that we can provide an effective vaginal exam.
